What Ziontists is

A national network connecting young Jewish and Zionist scientists, engineers, and researchers — students and working professionals alike.

Ziontists exists so a Jewish or Zionist student entering STEM doesn't have to build their scientific and professional community from scratch. We connect students with mentors, fund research placements and study opportunities in Israel, and build a national community that stays with people well past graduation.

This matters more now than it used to. Antisemitism and anti-Israel bias have been rising across college campuses and research institutions in recent years, and Jewish and Zionist students in STEM often find themselves without a peer network built around that specific experience — this fills that gap.

We're just getting started — building out our founding chapters and mentor network now. If you're a student, a working scientist, or both, there's a place for you here from day one.

Our mission

Science, community, and Israel — together

We connect young Jewish and Zionist scientists, engineers, and researchers through mentorship, professional community, and direct ties to Israeli science and research institutions (in progress) — helping members build careers, find each other, and take part directly in Israeli research through fellowships, exchanges, and funded study or lab time in Israel.
